I relocated to the area 8 years ago. In 2016 I started utilizing the dealership named Mike Brown Ford to service my vehicles Ownership changes to Shottenkirk Ford Granbury. I had read a In 2016 I started utilizing the dealership named Mike Brown Ford to service my vehicles Ownership changes to Shottenkirk Ford Granbury. I had read a few negative reviews after the ownership change and took them with a grain of salt. An opinion is just that an opinion. Not everyone will have the same experience. I am very happy to say I have been very pleased with the service they provide. I am thankful that I live close enough that they can take me home while my vehicle is being serviced and pick me up for my return. Matt was my service guy today. He communicated with me via text keeping me updated as to vehicle status and what repairs were being done. Excellent customer service. And a new offer was available to me. They would come get my vehicle, make the repairs and return to me. I didn't even have to leave my house. Recovering from a total hip replacement I found this to be a blessing. Again, exceeding customer expectations. I will continue to use them for all repairs, future vehicle purchases and refer to family and friends. More

I went to Shottenkirk because my engine light was on. They told me my extended warranty had expired. I had papers showing it was still good. For two weeks they said they were working to get it in the sys They told me my extended warranty had expired. I had papers showing it was still good. For two weeks they said they were working to get it in the system so they could order the part. I finally took my car to Weatherford where they said nothing was wrong with my warranty, ordered the part and come picked up our car the next day and delivered it to us the day after. Over two months later Shottenkirk sent us a text saying the part was in and to call for an appointment to bring the car in. Are you kidding me?! I texted back and told them we had taken care of it. I had heard bad things about Shottenkirk but thought I would give them a try. Won’t make that mistake again. More
