I arrived 15 minutes early for an oil change and tire rotation appointment. They didn’t finish until 2 hours and 40 minutes later. Now before y’all get all worked up over my review of my experience, just understand everyone’s experience at Shottenkirk is obviously going to be different, even extremely different in some cases!! Relax! experience, just understand everyone’s experience at Shottenkirk is obviously going to be different, even extremely different in some cases!! Relax! This was my second time here and this time for new batteries. Not much can go wrong. The Service Advisor Ryan was personable and kept his word on everything! I was in & out in about an hour and that included an unscheduled vehicle safety inspection! Not much could go wrong!! I know I’m a minority in this community when it comes to praising Shottenkir, but I can only speak the truth!! Knock on wood! Lol More
I would give negative stars if that were an option. I had paid a $1000 deposit on a Maverick about a month before the dealer got the vehicle.
