Highly disappointed. Appointment time was 1:00 pm for an oil change and tire rotation. Went early and was checked in around 12:30 pm didn’t leave until almost 3:00 pm. Ridiculous that it took that long for these services. After everything was done I was notified I needed a new air filter and did I want to do that today. Said yes he had to go back and do that. Appointment made day after calling. Randy, services writer took my car immediately. I waited for about an half hour to determine problem.
