I had my engine replaced under warranty (diesel should last longer than 55k, but that’s on Ford). Melissa would always return my texts or calls promptly. She would not always have good news but she tried last longer than 55k, but that’s on Ford). Melissa would always return my texts or calls promptly. She would not always have good news but she tried her best to get me in a rental as soon as she could. Engine took over 3 months to come in, then after I picked up my truck it had a crank seal leak.
