Truck was dripping oil from the front cross member. Truck was dropped off freshly washed, when picked up front right fender covered with oil, hand prints on top of drivers door. I drove into the service center without an appointment. I was immediately met by service representative Randy. Ryan is a great Service Advisor. Gave us guidance on solving a tire cupping issue. Much more convenient and personable experience than “big city” dealers.
