I specifically scheduled to have a recall repaired and then added on an oil change. However, when I got there to deliver, my car was told they couldn't repair the recall because they didn't have the tool then added on an oil change. I just took my 2017 Edge in for its 55,000 mile check up and service which included a new battery. All check points were found to be acceptable the new battery installed, tires aired up and rotated carpeted and service which included a new battery.
