I went to the dealership to schedule a recall inspection and look for a new vehicle. I was greeted by Carlson at the front door and after a respectful vist was escorted to service. After a quick meeting with service (which will be picking up and delivering my vehicle for service) I met with Carlson to look at a few vehicles he thought I might be interested in. I did not intend to buy a vehicle that day but after finding exactly what I was looking for they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Drove away with a new 2024 Lariat. Overall great experience! More

They had my vehicle for a total of 80 days and 42 days after the engine came in. While installing the engine, they fried my PCM and tried to get me to pay for it. Wasn’t until after I spoke with the manag after the engine came in. While installing the engine, they fried my PCM and tried to get me to pay for it. Wasn’t until after I spoke with the manager and I explained that the original day I brought my vehicle to them, they never mentioned an issue with the PCM. The manager told me this was common issue and was trying to get Ford to pay for it but yet Ford did not pay for it. Service advisor was horrible with communication. I found out through my own research, I could contact Ford myself to get financial assistance with the repair since it was so expensive and the service advisor never told me I could do that. When I finally got my vehicle back, it was dirty, they left a tool, dirty oily rag, and panel to my vehicle uncovered with the cover in the floor. Also a small amount of money was missing out of my center console. Would never recommend this dealership. More
