Highly disappointed. Appointment time was 1:00 pm for an oil change and tire rotation. Went early and was checked in around 12:30 pm didn’t leave until almost 3:00 pm. On Appointment time was 1:00 pm for an oil change and tire rotation. Went early and was checked in around 12:30 pm didn’t leave until almost 3:00 pm. One other customer waiting. Ridiculous that it took that long for these services. After everything was done I was notified I needed a new air filter and did I want to do that today. Said yes he had to go back and do that. Should not have taken this long. Will not recommend this service department. More

Appointment made day after calling. Randy, services writer took my car immediately. I waited for about an half hour to determine problem. Randy said he would have the car ready in two days. Randy had a service driver take me home. It was ready in a day and a half. Also the extended warranty covered all of the repairs. While I was waiting in the customer area I meet some really nice people. Overall, a very pleasant experience. More
