Bought two Ford f150s 8n the last couple months. Usually don't like going to a dealership. Too much high pressure sales both in service and sales. Have not had that problem here. Melissa was awesome in getting my service truck in and out on a Friday. Not only were they ready on Friday @2 when my appointment was scheduled but they kept it under an hour as told. That was even doing out on a Friday. Not only were they ready on Friday @2 when my appointment was scheduled but they kept it under an hour as told. That was even doing the thorough inspection and not just checking the boxes. I saw them test the lights , horn and check the air filter. It’s great to know that from start to finish everyone made it happen. Special shout out to her for understanding I had a week of working nights out of town and was tired and just wanted to be at home. All together they did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it . Good job . More
