My prior visit, I raved about my experience and was quite vocal about it. This one not so much. My initial advisor was Ryan, who seemed very distracted and less than enthusiastic. I had the scheduled work done and Ryan assisted with my follow up appointment a few days later. Ontario the day of my scheduled appointment, I was informed that Ryan quit and Randall would be assisting me. When I arrived, I encountered Randall in the service bay and immediately felt as though he was a little upset at what I assumed was the unexpected workload. I felt like the communication could have been better. It would have been nice to have received a call explaining that my truck was going to at the facility for four days, instead of me calling him to find out the status of my truck. More
