Everything was excellent except trying to contact them to have my car towed in. I called several times, got cut off, put on hold, no answer to service shop. I finally called an 800 number for the service and have my car towed in. I called several times, got cut off, put on hold, no answer to service shop. I finally called an 800 number for the service and spoke to someone that could barely speak English and could not get them to understand the problem. My salesman was awesome. Other than that management and the finance were rude to the point we felt like we were being treated like criminals for bringing a dealer check from Other than that management and the finance were rude to the point we felt like we were being treated like criminals for bringing a dealer check from our long- time credit Union instead of using their financing. They talked down to me like I was stupid. The only reason we completed the transaction was that we drove hours for that specific vehicle and I wanted our awesome salesman to get his commission. They got me in pretty quick and they checked everything out and changed my oil and rotated my tires! It passed all the tests that they did on the car! They were very thorough!
