I took my car in for repair on August 2nd. I never got it back. I have a nagging feeling that if I'd taken my beautiful Chrysler 200 Convertible to Frisco or Plano Chrysler dealerships the ser I never got it back. I have a nagging feeling that if I'd taken my beautiful Chrysler 200 Convertible to Frisco or Plano Chrysler dealerships the service would have been quicker and had a much different resolution. Every step of the repair process was excruciatingly slow and tedious. I feel like this service department is too new and understaffed / under-talented to perform repairs quickly and correctly. Note: this is my third or fourth trip to Shottenkirk this year, with some repairs needing to be repeated. One of the services performed earlier this year was a coolant system flush. My car died from overheating; do the math. I did not consider this dealership when i purchased a new car. More
