1) Texting is not a good way to covey specific information about car repair. A real phone conversation is needed. 2) Have someone bring the car to the customer at the service bay and don’t make t information about car repair. A real phone conversation is needed. 2) Have someone bring the car to the customer at the service bay and don’t make them walk to find Thor car in the parking lot. 3) under previous management there was no fee for using a CC to pay. 4) Having a “convenience fee” to n tolls is one thing…having my convenience fee be 110% of the actual tolls is outrageous and an abuse of your customers. I have bought 3 Jeeps, I am not buying a fourth from…not from this dealership. Your Service is abysmal! More

Dealership is clean, Jordyn addressed me on the drive, and kept me updated daily on the status of my vehicle. Not to mention the technicians craftsmen ship, my truck doesn’t fit in there car wash and bein and kept me updated daily on the status of my vehicle. Not to mention the technicians craftsmen ship, my truck doesn’t fit in there car wash and being a diesel it can difficult to it clean, he went ahead and gave my engine bay a dust off and all areas of work done, you could tell had been wiped down and cleaned. My only issue is that Jeep needs to be a little more understanding when it comes to mods on the vehicles and warranty. I understand the whole factory warranty policies process, but to make a vehicle tha understanding when it comes to mods on the vehicles and warranty. I understand the whole factory warranty policies process, but to make a vehicle that has a huge aftermarket capability and claim out of warranty when there is a none manufacturer issue hurt the brand! Harley Davidson navigates this and so can Jeep! More
