Had to rent a car for 2 weeks because of this. I think a call a day or two before to bring it in would be a much more reasonable thing for the customer and the dealership. This is the second pre-owned Jeep I've purchased from this dealer. Negotiated a decent price, although if you want the vehicle you have to purchase both the LoJack and Protection packages. To setup the L this dealer. Negotiated a decent price, although if you want the vehicle you have to purchase both the LoJack and Protection packages. To setup the LoJack, apparently you need a pin or something to be able to setup/access the LoJack account. Three messages left with the receptionist (who said she would forward them to finance), a text message to the sales manager (he and I had been texting during our negotiating), and finally a call and talked to my sales person. More than a week after purchasing the vehicle, still no "pin" number or whatever I need. Then within 2 days of purchase I had to replace the main battery. Still hoping that they will reach out and provide some after sales customer assistance. More
