If I could give a 0 star review I would. We were speaking with Bijon (probably spelled this wrong but it's the finance guy) and Michael (salesman). We called on a used expedition max King We were speaking with Bijon (probably spelled this wrong but it's the finance guy) and Michael (salesman). We called on a used expedition max King Ranch that we were ready to purchase, but they had told us that it belong to the owner of the dealership and that they could not commit to showing it to us until we committed to purchasing it. So we explained to them that as long as, everything was correct from what they were sending us pictures and information about then we would purchase it. We live 3 1/2 hours away so we would not drive that far if we weren't serious. They made it a point to say that it would be out of the owners way to bring their car in for us to purchase it and we assured them of how serious we were. (They made a HUGE deal about this). We then got a call from the finance department and said that they wanted to have all paperwork and numbers settled before we got there so they knew we were serious. So we have been back-and-forth on the phone making sure everything's correct all morning. The finance department called us 1:50pm Telling us what our trade would be and how much it would be worth. We asked them to send over the number so we had it in writing. Never got the numbers. We were waiting on this. Then we got a call at 3:15 from the dealership stating that someone just signed the papers on it and it sold. After we were assured that we were the first in line. I would highly advise to not do any type of dealing with this dealership. They will underhand you and go against their word. This type of dealing is what gives car salesman and dealerships a terrible name. I want to use the word "slimy car dealership" because I can't say worse on Google. More

I was told that my percentage was going to be lower than it was actually when I sign3e the paperwork. I had driven 3 hours based on the rate I was given then when I got the paperwork it was different. Then it was actually when I sign3e the paperwork. Then after ai got the car I notice the oil life was not on 100% when I asked about it i was told that they would check into and never heard back from that person. When follow up call came I told them about this and other papework issues. None of them were ever fully resolved. I am almost to the point of need an oil change so we will see if they told me the truth about being able utilize the free oul changes and tire rotations at the dealership I have locally. More

My oil change was fine, but I have a concern that I need addressed by the service department. I was told that I would have to drop off my vehicle and let it sit in the parking lot for three days waiting to addressed by the service department. I simply don’t understand why I can’t make an appointment. I understand that my car may need to stay in the shop after it’s diagnosed. But I believe I should be able to make an appointment to have the diagnostics done. It is an unacceptable practice to ask people to be without their vehicles while just waiting in a days-long queue. The dealership needs to do better scheduling staff and appointments. More
