Appointment and the service were reasonably good, no complains on communications as well. I took shuttle home, however the vehicle service was completed around 4:30 PM and they were not able to send sh complains on communications as well. I took shuttle home, however the vehicle service was completed around 4:30 PM and they were not able to send shuttle (shuttle service ends at 3:00PM) so I had to figure out a way to come and pick it up before 5:30 when they close, which was a hassle a bit.
