Salesman was great and no issues. Finance was not so great. It marred the whole experience. . He said one thing but did another and I didn’t catch it in time. Now it’s too late and I’m sure he would never admit it if he were asked.and to top it off I called the service department on a Monday within a week of my purchase needing to speak to someone about my new vehicle and check engine light as I was out of town and told they would walk over to speak with the service dept to let them know asap and call me then nothing happens. Two days later when I called to speak with finance about the issue.on financing the service department decides to call me back. I did speak with finance and was told a different story with different numbers that I was never told. The story changed and of course no one will take ownership on it. I will not recommend this dealership and is why the low score. More

The salesman, Cam, was great, we worked with him both times we purchased our cars! He followed exactly what we said we wanted, worked a deal with his manager which we could live with. We told him if it w times we purchased our cars! He followed exactly what we said we wanted, worked a deal with his manager which we could live with. We told him if it wasn't doable, we would look at other cars. He assured us his manager had signed off on it and we were good to go. We went to finance and the slimy, smarmy guy there gave us a monthly payment almost $100 more than we had agreed on with an extra extended term payment. Then he gave us some stupid song and dance about how the sales people couldn't really make deals, only finance and he would see what he could do. We ended up paying around $20 more a month for half the extra extended time period. Overall the finance department screwed us on this deal. However, I think it was just this smarmy stereotypical used car salesman (the finance guy) looking to make more money, which unfortunately for us he did. The car has issues. The first car we bought was great and the finance guy was great, which is why we returned and why I'm giving 3 stars. I'd recommend going to Shottenkirk Prosper with a _heavy_ grain of salt! More
1) Texting is not a good way to covey specific information about car repair. A real phone conversation is needed. 2) Have someone bring the car to the customer at the service bay and don’t make t information about car repair. A real phone conversation is needed. 2) Have someone bring the car to the customer at the service bay and don’t make them walk to find Thor car in the parking lot. 3) under previous management there was no fee for using a CC to pay. 4) Having a “convenience fee” to n tolls is one thing…having my convenience fee be 110% of the actual tolls is outrageous and an abuse of your customers. I have bought 3 Jeeps, I am not buying a fourth from…not from this dealership. Your Service is abysmal! More

Cars were clean and taken care of. Delaership location is kept up. Watch out for We-Owes and clarify all that you’re getting. We lost out because we trusted word of mouth’s. Left a bad taste at the end. More
