Service rep was nice, but neglectful on follow up. My vehicle was dropped Wednesday for ABS lights. Thursday I was contacted and approved repairs. All calls were not returned and even told he would be notified on group chat. No luck. Finally I drove down from McKinney to check on my vehicle and advised (by young lady) (not my advisor), parts would be in Monday and service would be completed Tuesday. Not good service. More
