Have had truck in several times for the same problem only to be told to just drive the truck until something else happens and they don't know why it is doing what it is doing. On the first appointment they to be told to just drive the truck until something else happens and they don't know why it is doing what it is doing. On the first appointment they said dont drive it and it shouldn't be doing what its doing, now that they have thrown a bunch of parts at it, they are telling me they are not concerned and to just drive it??? More

I had a warranty issue with the paint on the hood of my Jeep. I previously switched out the Mopar “RUBICON” decals with a custom color to match my Jeep. When the warranty work was approved, I ordered a rep Jeep. I previously switched out the Mopar “RUBICON” decals with a custom color to match my Jeep. When the warranty work was approved, I ordered a replacement set since the old ones would be taken off. Not only did the paint turn out perfect, but the paint/body shop put my custom “RUBICON” decals back on my hood for me! One more reason I will continue bringing my Jeep here. They always go above and beyond for their customers. More
