I scheduled a 20K service for my Jeep. I had been sent an advertisement via text that stated that synthetic oil changes were 69.99 and that if you spent over 100 dollars they would give a I had been sent an advertisement via text that stated that synthetic oil changes were 69.99 and that if you spent over 100 dollars they would give a 15% discount. My invoice was over 500.00 and the guy checking me out said the most he could do was 50.00 off (which brought the oil change down to the original advertised price of 69.99). It was just dishonest business practices, not sure who is at fault the dealership or the employee. Other than that the employees were very nice and the quality of the work was fine. But, if you are going to be dishonest about your promotions then it’s really hard for me to recommend people come to this dealership. More
