Shottenkirk CDJR has the worse Service Center of any Jeep dealership we have ever used. I took our GC into the Service Center at 10:50a.m. for an 11:00a.m. appointment to have the oil changed. I was shown dealership we have ever used. I took our GC into the Service Center at 10:50a.m. for an 11:00a.m. appointment to have the oil changed. I was shown the waiting area and after not hearing about the status of the oil change at 1:00p.m, I sent a text to the Service rep who had texted me at 11:00a.m. when the service ticket was written up. By 1:30p.m no reply so I walked over to the service area to try and find someone who could help me out. Not a soul around, it's as if all the service reps got off work at 12 noon. I finally tracked an employee down from a different area and he found an employee who could help me out. She looked up my service ticket and it ends up my vehicle still had not been service, it was still parked in the back lot. In the end, I waited nearly 3.5 hours for a simple oil change. Shottenkirk CDJR Service Center will never have our business again. In fact, when we purchase our next Jeep GC this fall, Shottenkirk will not be the dealership we use. More

I had to repeatedly call and email the sales person and finance department to receive any copies of my sales contract and loan paper work, I purchased the Lo Jack as part of the deal even though I did not finance department to receive any copies of my sales contract and loan paper work, I purchased the Lo Jack as part of the deal even though I did not want it, then was told there was no record of it being part of the deal, after 3 weeks and me continuing to call about it the Lo Jack was turned on. I never received any paperwork about the extended warranty or service contract. I asked for a 100K mile warranty, was told it was not available. All that was available was 6 years and 72000 miles for $5500. I called Mopar direct and was able to purchase an 8 year 100K mile warranty for 4000. The maintenance contract for 4 oil changes and tire rotations was $1500, when talking to Mopar I found out that the first 3 or 4 oil changes are included with the new car purchase, quite the rip off. Luckily I was able to cancel all of it. I felt lied to and cheated by this dealership. One good note is the service department was great for having the extras added onto my truck. Great job Jordyn. I am pleased with the overall experience I had in purchasing a vehicle from Shottenkirk. The salesman that showed me the vehicle, Aaron Bantu, didn’t pressure me. He took me for a test drive and his purchasing a vehicle from Shottenkirk. The salesman that showed me the vehicle, Aaron Bantu, didn’t pressure me. He took me for a test drive and his calm demeanor made me feel comfortable. Although we weren’t able to reach a deal that same day, Brendon and Aaron reached out to me the next day and we were able to reach an agreement. Aaron went out of his way to pick me up from my home and even drove me to my bank so we could complete the deal. I now own the truck I wanted. Thanks to Aaron, Brendon, and Angelica, I had a good experience with Shottenkirk. More
