While we had some communication issues at first I must say that Jeff stepped up to the plate and made sure that my vehicle was properly addressed and kept me posted on both cost and progress as it changed say that Jeff stepped up to the plate and made sure that my vehicle was properly addressed and kept me posted on both cost and progress as it changed. I cannot state how important that not only reliable and trustworthy work is when you drop a vehicle off but the value of communication between the service advisors, techs, and customers is. It will be a pleasure to return to this dealership for any future work on my Jeep. I don't recall the parts representative was but I called in advance to make sure parts were available and he took the time to verify what was. What was not I had time to order in and bring with me to the appointment. Great coordination overall. More
