The worst experience I’ve had owning a vehicle, from the scheduler to the advisor to the arrogant individual who tried to tell me it wasn’t their fault. I scheduled my truck for warranty and not only was i scheduler to the advisor to the arrogant individual who tried to tell me it wasn’t their fault. I scheduled my truck for warranty and not only was it not fixed it wasn’t even touched the three days after the scheduled appointment. I will never buy and/or get service work done at this dealership. I will drive an extra 20-30 miles just so I don’t have to use them. More
BEWARE! !! Drove over an hour 2 times to do business with this dealership. First time 3 packages were added to the sale, I offered cash and my trade in, wou !! Left Friday afternoon, spoke to manager over the weekend and we agreed on a price. Went back Monday morning, mind you over an hour drive. Got there at 845, finance manager came in at 10:30, didn’t greet me, instead had a new piece of paper with my new “finance charges” on it and now we are over $2,000 above the agreed price. Since I was paying cash and they couldn’t get a “kick back” for me financing (yes they told me they get a kick back), they added all the useless packages back on. “Tint/nitros package” windows are already tinted from manufacturer. Lowjack.. don’t need it. And a service plan which I told them I didn’t want or need. I’m not driving over an hour to get my tires filled or a paint chip fixed. I told the finance manger he is willing to lose a customer over some unwanted add ons, he told me, “I guess you’re willing to lose this truck because you don’t want those add ons.” Needless to say, I left. My sales rep Noelee was great but the finance manager there doesn’t care about customers, their time, their business and frankly simple customer service. They will tease you with a low price only to get you there and add all kinds of add ons. This place is the exact definition of the car dealer stereotype. Informed the sales manager of this, no reply, no call, etc. I will give it a day or two before they copy and paste their generic response to this complaint. Please read reviews and focus on bad reviews, see what they all have in common. They have QR codes all over the store so I’m sure it’s easy to get a 5 star from most people, but do your research, check the reviews from people that purchased a car from there. More

this would be the fourth time I took my truck in for the exact same problem to your service center. I took the truck in on a Monday Friday. I tried to find out what was going on. I was told that it hadn’t e exact same problem to your service center. I took the truck in on a Monday Friday. I tried to find out what was going on. I was told that it hadn’t even been looked at yet you had a whole week sitting on a lot, and nobody looked at it, I was told that the following Monday the mechanic would be looking at it and finding the problem. Starting at Tuesday, I texted for an update of what they had found. I sent several text messages that never got answered finally Thursday or Friday. I got a message back. Send it would be Monday again that the car would be looked at two weeks now you’ve had my truck. again the next week, the third week, I sent several text messages that were not answered. Finally got one back middle of the week that said basically they didn’t know what the problem was, and they were trying to contact some body to determine what the problem was. Inform them that I needed to Truck back by Friday, the end of the third week I was told I could pick the truck up and would be contacted when they heard back from whoever they were waiting on about the problem. when I picked the truck up, it was covered in dirt and bird xxxx. I was told by the person that picked me up to bring me to the shop that they would check with the mechanic and I would be notified within a few days when I could bring the truck back in so they could immediately get started on it. That was 10 days ago. I also requested when I picked the truck up a print out of the history of this problem, the exhaust filter, That you have performed over the last four times. Never got that and even though they knew the filter was full, it was not cleaned out, which would’ve been nice to have it at least clean one more time when I drove the truck until “they got back to me”. only thing left to say is unfortunately I can only give you one star there’s no negative star. if you need another copy this don’t worry should be able to find it on my Facebook page More
