This was probably one of the sloppiest jobs they’ve done. They Didn’t reset the computer for the air filter and the fuel filter. I finally got the Air filter to reset, but it took me till Sunday before the f They Didn’t reset the computer for the air filter and the fuel filter. I called out and talk to the other Chance and told him what the deal was and he said he would leave a note and have Chance call me first thing Monday morning, and promised me he would. I haven’t heard anything from him as of Tuesday afternoon, Got in my Pick up Monday morning looked up and they didn’t even put a new sticker on there with the mileage so I know when it needs to be service next. It’s like they forgot what they were doing or supposed to do. Little disappointing , I now got lean back towards Bob Brown’s to buy the new vehicle. More

Recently went here to help my daughter find her first car. She found one right away. Price was a little higher than what we wanted to pay but some of that is the warranty package. Hoping it lasts her for car. She found one right away. Price was a little higher than what we wanted to pay but some of that is the warranty package. Hoping it lasts her for a very long time. I've had issues at other dealerships where they wouldn't honor the warranty, will see what the future holds. Overall seems to be a good dealership so far. More

I brought car in to repair scratch (have warranty for) wasted my day, 3hr trip & gas for nothing & tell me afterwards that not covered! Wasted my money for 2 1/2 yrs on warranty I couldn’t use!
