Over All I was satisfied overall. The waiting area is inviting, comfortable and tech friendlt. Although I had to wait longer than what I thought I should to ch I was satisfied overall. Although I had to wait longer than what I thought I should to check in when I had an appointment, the staff did not ignore me while they took care of customers before me. I always appreciate that. Not my favorite thing to do ( drop my car off to have them do whatever it is they do) I’ve never really cared to understand cars but these guys make it as pleasant an experience as it can be and for that I’m grateful. More

Terrible experience with the back office and their inability to complete anything correctly. I found a used Yukon advertised on Autotrader.com and called t Nick and the team at Shortline were great to work with, including Lisa in financing. I found a used Yukon advertised on Autotrader.com and called the dealership to inquire further. The call was quickly routed to Nick. I appreciate that Nick was upfront and honest when speaking about the vehicle. Even though Nick didn't know all the answers to my questions about the Yukon (I was searching for a Yukon with 2nd row captains chairs) Nick assured me he would check the vehicle and call me back. Nick offered to also check their inventory for other similar vehicles I was searching for. After receiving the call back from Nick that they vehicle matched my requirements we scheduled a time to meet the next day. I arrived at the dealership, was greeted by helpful staff that walked me to Nick. Nick had the vehicle parked up front and we went through an inspection then test drive, both of which went very well and the vehicle was in excellent condition and very clean. Nick and I went through some negations and that was surprisingly very fast. I received a very fair deal from the Yukon and my trade in. I meet with Lisa in financing and she reviewed the options and worked with me to finance the vehicle through my preferred credit union, which offered the best rate and terms for my situation. Nick Ishu and the rest of the staff at Shortline were great to work with and I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Nick or Shortline. More
