Rude and slow First, made an appointment and they lost it so I made another appointment. Was told the original length of appointment was estimated to be an hour to First, made an appointment and they lost it so I made another appointment. Was told the original length of appointment was estimated to be an hour to an hour and a half. When I brought the car in the estimate changed to 2-2 1/2 hours. Maegan, the associate who was helping me, was curt and had a rude tone of voice until her boss Nate cane out to say hello to my grandfather. My grandfather was with me because he lives near the dealership and I do not, so I stay with him till the car is finished so I do not have to Uber to and fro from Littleton. Of course she immediately is nicer and sweet while Nate is there. Shortly after I recieve a text saying to text this number with any questions. After dropping my car off at 1, I text at 3:35 to see if the car is ready. I had an appointment at 4:30 in Littleton I made when I was told the appointment would only take an hour or so. I don’t get a response so I call and again she is curt and tells me it will be another 35-40 before it’s done. At this point I have to call and cancel the appointment, I won’t make it in time. At 5 my grandfather takes me back to the dealership because he also has a meeting he can’t miss. We never got a call. When we show up my car is in the lot, completely done. Our final interaction is strained because I am frustrated at missing my appointment and being a burden to my grandfather who couldn’t get anything done that day because he was worried about entertaining me. True to form, Maegan has the same curt tone. This isn’t the first time where something like this happened. The last time I took my car in for an oil change and inspection it was a 5 hour appointment that my grandparents had to drop me at the dealership to wait another hour before the car was done. I don’t know if inspections just take a long time but I know it wasn’t the oil change that took that long. Maybe Maegan was having a bad day, but I work two different customer service jobs and have been since I was 16 and I’m now 24, never have I taken a tone like that with a customer, especially through every interaction till the end of the appointment. Because that is how you lose clients. The quality of the work is always good, but your people out front are the faces of your business and should conduct themselves as such. Which means not sounding like your irritated to interact or help clients. More

Tie rod replacement and NitroFill tires. The work was completed in a timely manner and now the steering is much tighter. I don’t need to be as concerned about tire pres and NitroFill tires.
