My wife and I absolutely dread going to a dealership. This "dread" turned into a pleasant experience with one exception, the wait time to close the deal with the finance department took more time than a This "dread" turned into a pleasant experience with one exception, the wait time to close the deal with the finance department took more time than all the other buying activities combined. Once we were in the finance office, everything went smoothly and efficiently. Need at least one additional finance person to assist. Special shout out to Charlie, Roger and Brad! More

Claim to have SAE mechanics. They replaced moduel on my 2012 jeep overland and were very proud they "fixed" everything. Now 2 days later the check engine light is on.
