Just a terrible car. Dealer said their service team does a 100+ point inspection and make money off finding issues with the car. They missed so much. Seats were horrible and they tried to paint over imperfections. Key fob wouldn’t work on driver door which costs $800 to fix. Molding was torn off front windshield. Brakes were worn and cracked and rotors warped. That cost another $1,100 to fix. Three of the tires were bald. Wheels had paint peeling. Makes you wonder how long the engine and transmission will last. The car was filthy with dog or cat hair imbedded in the carpet. Only had one key and no floormats. You’d think a dealership would at least try for good customer service, but they just sell junk. I drove over three hours to purchase this car and felt cheated. Stay away!!
David was great. He went above and beyond to make sure we got into a good vehicle. He’s very nice and polite. Would highly recommend going and seeing David for your next vehicle purchase
Marcus is a great salesman, Its always great to support another veteran, especially another former Marine. I stopped in to look at one used truck and he showed me another that I wound up purchasing instead of the original one I went in to see. In the end I'm very pleased with the one he showed me and the purchase. I don't buy new vehicles very often, I had my old truck for almost 20 years, but would defiantly consider purchasing another one from them. Hopefully this one will last 20 years like my previous truck, as I'm sure is will.
