After visiting four dealerships, Short-Redmond was the only one to suggest ordering my Mustang. All the other dealerships just blew me off when I told them I was looking for a new Mustang. The overall buying process was okay. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the failure to listen. My car also needed brake work done when I purchased the car. They did take it in and they turned the rotors but said the pads were okay. The pads definitely aren’t okay on the car. The car I was looking at before I found mine had been wrecked. They told me the car hadn’t been in any accidents. Luckily, I know what to look for. The car had been repainted on the trunk. After I pointed it out, they changed their story. I’ve been to other car lots and got much better service. The only reason I bought from Short Redmond is because they had the exact car I wanted. If you aren’t looking for any certain type of car, I’d probably recommend going somewhere else. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The only good thing that came out of it was the car.
