Frank, the assistant manager, went out of his way to provide me with a loaner car so I wouldn't have to wait 4-5 hours in the waiting room for repairs to be completed. The mechanic was able to make repairs, rather than replace parts, saving me a significant amount of money. Kudos to a great team. More
