Lori is AWESOME. I was a little early for my last minute appointment. I made it around 10am for 2pm, Lori is my go-to and she got me in same day for oil change/tire r I was a little early for my last minute appointment. And she keeps me up to date on ANYTHING that is going on. I have to get new brakes next time, but I know I am at about 40% life left on them thanks to her. She's the best! More

Good Service Lori Reynolds always takes good care of my Prius and is efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had to bring my car in for a recall which took about Lori Reynolds always takes good care of my Prius and is efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. They called me twice this time even though I told the person on the phone that I wasn't interested in selling my Prius.
