Lori is AWESOME. I was a little early for my last minute appointment. I made it around 10am for 2pm, Lori is my go-to and she got me in same day for oil change/tire r I was a little early for my last minute appointment. I made it around 10am for 2pm, Lori is my go-to and she got me in same day for oil change/tire rotation. Even though I was early she was able to get me in and out in short order. And she keeps me up to date on ANYTHING that is going on. I have to get new brakes next time, but I know I am at about 40% life left on them thanks to her. She's the best! More

I ended up needing new brake pads and rotors and Chris took great care of me and made sure I didn't have any questions about the service. More

Paid for a service function, the function was not done. Purchased one new vehicle with acceptable terms. After a year and a half received letter with a number of promises for deals on a new vehicle. Paid too much for second vehicle, that was my bad for not paying attention, letter scheme worked to a "T". After this disappoint I still utilized the service department until the tires were not rotated and I was billed for it. Will not return! More

I had to bring my car in for a recall which took about 2 hours. I would appreciate it if sales people would stop calling me everytime I have a service appointment. They called me twice this time even though I told the person on the phone that I wasn't interested in selling my Prius. I inadvertently left my library book there, and got a nice call from Donna to let me know they had it at the cashier's desk. More

I barely finished a page and half before they came to me and told me they were ready for me and send me on my way with my car all set. I went in for a 10K service if anyone was wondering. More
