One hour and forty five minute oil change I was given a 10:30 appointment. I arrived on time and said I would wait for my vehicle. 100k service I just feel comfortable coming to Dave Schulnick for service. I can tell that he's honest. He does not seem like the guy that will take advantage of people. He is also very friendly and he takes care of people very good. I'll always come back to him because I know that he'll take care of me as his customer and so as my vehicle. As for service itself, I like the idea that they wash the vehicles now after they service it. I just hope that the mechanincs really do all the things they put in the service papers like simple things: topping off fluids, testing batteries, etc. I know that it could be busy sometimes and those little things can be missed or skipped altogether even though it says in the paper that it was done. And for the parts and labor, I think that the price in Shore Toyota is kind of average or a little more expensive than others. I also own a honda vehicle and I can tell that some service in honda is cheaper compared to toyota. Other than that, the experience was good. More
service my service at your place was great except one thing when I was told that my rav4 was done and I walked out to get it I was told that in my email for t my service at your place was great except one thing when I was told that my rav4 was done and I walked out to get it I was told that in my email for that service would include a wash job but it was not done, so with that said there was a working outside and I put down my window and told him I just had my van serviced and was told it would be washed so he said I can do it for you would only take 5 mins and he washed it and brought it back to me , that's the only problem I had and saying this that it won't happen to other customers, yours truly harry langley.
