New lease I went to the dealership to discuss end of lease options for my 2014 RAV4 and left with a new 2017 RAV4. This is my 3rd new car from Shore Toyota (I'm not even counting service visits) and, as always, my experience has been excellent. Mailings are a scam Got a letter in the mail that I could get 125% book value for my Tundra trade. Not only is that not true, they offer you below book value. They just claim they have a third party marketing team that sends those out. They are a scam. Once negotiations were under way they were willing to work with me though. Overall a fair experience at best. My actual salesman, Randy, was very helpful though. It was more the finance guy that ruined the experience. Jo Ann was also a pleasure. More

Purchase Danny and Blake were so great. Danny did all of my preliminary paperwork over the phone and set up transportation for me to get to the dealership and Danny and Blake were so great.
