4 hour experience it took 4 hours to come to an agreement on the trade in value, and the final price of the car that my wife was buying. Highly professional service advisor. Even though it was a busy Monday morning, Frank Siderio, and lot attendants greeted me with a smile. Frank answered all my questions regarding my maintenance plan. He also did not pressure me into unnecessary maintenance but suggested what should be done during my next visit.
