They didn't have what I was looking for on the lot so I checked inventories all over the tri-state online before settling with Shore. This Limited package is awesome. Fully loaded and a great ride. Blake G went over every button and features before the test drive. After the sale he even took the time to hook up the entune Bluetooth radio. I recommend this dealership and would buy from here again. More

She scanned and sent me brochures of vehicles that interested me. She also lined up a salesman, Merv, to help me when I arrived at the showroom. Merv spent over 5 hours assisting me in selecting the perfect RAV4. Danny helped crunch the numbers so I could purchase the vehicle I wanted and stay within my budget! More

Service Center As It Should Be I was assigned a new Assistant Service Manager. My prior manager, a wonderful person to whom I gave consistently excellent ratings, left the company. I was assigned a new Assistant Service Manager. My prior manager, a wonderful person to whom I gave consistently excellent ratings, left the company. My new manager, Frank Siderio immediately made me realize that I was in store for the same friendly, concerned, and knowledgeable service I previously had. He made me feel as if we had known each other fora long time. My initial worries about a new manager was immediately dispelled. If you get the impression that Frank Siderio made made this service interaction enjoyable, you would be correct. My car received a schedule 15,000 mile service. This was done flawlessly. I have always relied on Shore Toyota for excellent service so I was not surprised by my treatment here. What amazed me was that a problem I had with the car, an annoying rattle was found and solved easily. I had visions of a long visit and a "We can't find it" result. Instead, they found that my license plate was loose. Problem fixed. Rattle gone. I love my Assistant Service Manager. I admire the service manager. That's the way to keep customers coming back. More
