Tires were not rotated, not sure if fluids were topped off. I was rather concerned about my steering, I didn't have time to check on the other 2 items. I was partially NOT happy finding out a steering noise-issue was finally identified, after reporting it for 2 years. Only to have the service area saying, yes we found out the problem, and it will cost me $635+, but we might be able to cover part of the cost since I reported it so often, and it was covered during the warranty time frame. I requested the service person to call me back on Monday 7/31 after they spoke to the service manager to get an idea if the cost would be covered, since the initial reporting (several times) was when it was under warranty, only to NOT have ANYONE return my call. I called again 4 days later, left a voice message for the particular service representative, and he still didn't return my call. My husband had to meet with him face-to-face with the service rep the following day (Friday) and remind him of the situation when he went in for servicing his vehicle. Only to be told PART of the expense would be covered by Shore Toyota, however, he would talk to the manager again. I don't see a reason for me to have to pay for any of this, since it was under warranty when first reported, and reported it several times after. Now it's not covered. We requested the manager call us back again 8/7, still waiting. My husband was told we'd have a better chance (taking time off work) and meeting with the service manager face-to-face. I was also "solicited" by someone at Shore Toyota (Customer Service?) the day my HIGHLANDER was in for service. They called to offer me a value price on my vehicle since they saw I've been having issues with my RAV4, which I don't have RAV4?! I asker her what the issues would that be, she couldn't tell me, and I said that would be rather difficult since I didn't own a RAV4. She continued talking and told me to come talk to her anyway to get a value on my RAV4. Sounds like they'd be much better off concentrating on the vehicle service and less solicitation. If there is solicitation, make sure the customer "agrees" to it, and ST rep needs to get the information correct during the call! Sorry, can't answer quality of work, or price, unless we're only talking about the oil change. More

Extremely happy and comfortable with my purchase I viewed a few vehicles on line and left a message that I was interested in the RAV 4 but did not care for high pressure sales. Coleen promptly replied to my email and introduced me to my sales rep, Jim Griffin. From the moment I met him I felt at ease. Not only did Jim explain the fundamentals of the RAV 4 but he thoroughly explained the computerized components of it as well (I'm not computer savvy). I absolutely LOVE my new RAV 4!! I highly recommend Shore Toyota... and Jim Griffin is a gem!!!! More
Got ripped off I have bought a service package of 4 services at October 2016. However, the package is not honored by this service center. I have to pay for the this fourth and last service with the reason that the car was over a certain mileage. I was not informed of that criteria when I bought the package. It is a blatant ripped off. Such a scam should not be allowed and the authorities concerned should investigate to safeguard the interest of the consumers. More
