Eric & Desirie were very helpful and sympathetic Went for servicing on my 2015 Ltd Rav4, but drove away in a 2017 Rav4. Had to haggle between other management reps to get what I felt was acceptable . Eric and Desirie were nice; others were too much and insulted me with their ridiculous offers. Told them what I was looking for and went back and forth with offers that were unreasonable until I was ready to walk out of dealership. Then they came back with an offer that I agreed to even though I wasn't looking to trade my car in that day. I don't understand why car salesmen have to be so condecending making the customer feel like telling them to go pound sand. More

Although I did make an appointment with a gentleman named Bob in service the week prior to August 26th, he did not put me on the schedule for 9:30 that day. That was a little disturbing to me, since he asked me to specifically ask for him when I brought the car there. The only other thing that would be nice, is for the waiting area to have plugs to charge phones, tablets..etc...waiting over an hour, it would be nice. Other than that, I was pleased with my experience there. I do not see Tina's name on the drop down to select employees I worked with. More
