I hit a pot hole and had a flat tire I always take it to shore toyota because that is where i purchased the vehicle however I always spend sooooooo much money when i take it there! I pulled my car into the bay door to have an oil and filter change on my Prius. I went straight to Chris Bounds and he greeted me with a smile. He was very pleasant and a great customer service representative. He asked me what I was in for and I replied for an oil and filter change and I also needed a shuttle ride back to work. He also reminded me that I had a recall water pump which would be taken care of in the same visit as the oil change. He took care of the shuttle for me as well as calling me to let me know when my car was finished and a time the shuttle would pick me back up from work to come pick up my car. He did an amazing job and I was very pleased with everything. More

My experience at Shore Toyota was 100+% satisfactory. I was in the market for my first NEW car and received a quote from Marcia through email. Even though the quote was higher than other dealerships, they was in the market for my first NEW car and received a quote from Marcia through email. Even though the quote was higher than other dealerships, they have a beat any dealership policy. I went to Shore Toyota to test drive and it was the BEST experience I have ever had. I met with Eric Small and he spoke to me about all of the options and what I want in a car (NOT what they happen to have). He let me test drive two cars that I was possibly interested in and I fell in love with the RAV4Sport. He in no way ever spoke or acted like a 'salesman'. He truly is a Toyota Specialist and explained every detail of the car to me from the engine, tires, seats down to all of the compartments. This is EXACTLY how I wanted to be treated walking into a dealership. I went to 5-6 other dealerships comparing the Rav4 and CRV and Shore Toyota was the friendliest and most informative dealership I went to. I unfortunately did not purchase my RAV4 from Shore Toyota because I live in Northern NJ and didnt' have the time to go back down and purchase from them. I would recommend Shore Toyota, Eric Small especially if you are ever looking for a car. More
