I wanted to purchase my car at this location but was unable to obtain the vehicle color I wanted when I wanted it. I took my vehicle in for service, oil change and a recall. I had heard that Shore Toy unable to obtain the vehicle color I wanted when I wanted it. I took my vehicle in for service, oil change and a recall. I had heard that Shore Toyots had a shuttle to the local mall. With me was my three daughters, a friend and my mom. I lead a very busy life and to be able to go to the mall and do what I needed to do was wonderful. Everyone was very helpful and especially Lori who showed me an item about my car, took care of arranging the shuttle, gave a balloon to my daughter and made her day and just all around nice person. It was a great experience and I plan to take my vehicle to this location for all my service needs. More
I've never taken my car to the dealership for service before but I will definitely do so again. Jim and Dave were fantastic to work with and I really appreciate everything they did to help me. Since I bought the car last year I have been trying to get my phone hooked up to work in the car. I have been to Verizon many times and the dealership many times. However, no one could help me. I pulled into the service bay without an appointment as I was having a problem with my doors that developed the day before (Sunday). I requested Lori & she came to my vehicle in approx. 2 minutes. I explained my difficulty & in ONE minute she found the solution.....problem solved!! I was in & out of the service facility within 5 minutes. THAT IS GREAT SERVICE!!! More
My original contact person wasn't at dealership when we arrived but Nelson jumped in right away to help us. Actually, your entire staff at Shore Toyota work together as a team which is very refreshing and arrived but Nelson jumped in right away to help us. Nelson was magnificent and made us feel comfortable immediately. He went out of his way to make sure we were able to test drive and compare the different models we were interested in and never felt like a pushy salesman. From start to finish he did everything he said he would and more. Follow through is very important to us and Nelson did not disappoint. He went above and beyond to make sure we purchased our Venza and we couldn't be happier. Shore Toyota and Nelson will definitely have our business in the future. Thanks to his manager and all the sales staff for a great experience. Also, thanks goes to the cashiers who are very customer oriented. More

From the minute on the phone till the minute I left, I felt I was an important person. I'm not from the area and I needed work done on my car, because I waiting until the last minute. Which is great becaue what did they owe me, I might ever see them again. But they took their customer service all the way up. We have had great experience with Shore Toyota. We moved into area from another part of the state where our Highlander was purchased. Our Highlander was in for a recall and a second issue was found (out of into area from another part of the state where our Highlander was purchased. Our Highlander was in for a recall and a second issue was found (out of warranty) the bad part was pointed out and asked if we wanted it fixed and we said yes. We would not have noticed the part and to have it fixed under warranty was great. Lori remember my name when we drove into the service area, this was after 3 weeks since our last visit. More
