Lori is the BEST customer service rep I have ever worked with ever. Seriously. She needs to be promoted. She is the most knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful person I have ever dealt with in the service with ever. Seriously. She needs to be promoted. I have been leasing Camrys from Shore Toyota for the past ten years. Several years ago I stopped using their service department because of the poor service and rude service managers...one who kept me waitin ten years. For the last 7-8 years I used a local garage for my car maintenance. Last year I leased a Prius from Shore Toyota and decided to try them once again for their maintenance services. When I brought it in for the the first maintenance I met Lori Reynolds. Her knowledge of the product, professional and pleasant demenor was quite a change from my previous encounters with your service managers. I had the Prius in for the 10,000 mile service today and Lori(I made a point of waiting for her to assist me)again exhibited the qualities that I am sure that Toyota desires in their service managers. She really looks out for the customer. Thank you Lori. I shall be returning as long as you are there. More
