Bob was very helpful from the intake to check out. Went in for regular oil change but ended up needing new front brakes. All work completed well within time frames given and explantions for future mainten in for regular oil change but ended up needing new front brakes. On early bird envelope checked service boxes to be done to wife's van. Check for radiator leak, since a pressure test elsewhere showed a leak, as well as oil and filter service. I also requested to have the used parts returned to me. On the other side of the envelope I hand wrote the above service(s) to be done. My wife picked up the van and found out that the oil and filter service was not done, and we were not supplied with the parts. It also turns out that Shore Toyota tech found the 2 year old water pump installed by someone else leaked from the gaskets. If my requests/directions were followed I could have returned the water pump because it was under warranty. I also do not like how they attempt to lump in optional service as per manufacturer. I was aware that those services were already up to date otherwise my bill could have been higher. More

Excellent customer service - Jim is very thorough and efficient. He always gives me a heads up when a large repair is necessary. Although I am usually Millard Laubenheimer's client, Lori was an excellent rep! I went in for an oil change and she made sure that my tires were not damaged.
