Bought a truck from there. Sales team was very pushy. Ended up paying $36000 for a $21000 truck. At 5.3%. A week later I received a phone call from them stating my finance fell through but great news. 1 Ended up paying $36000 for a $21000 truck. At 5.3%. A week later I received a phone call from them stating my finance fell through but great news. 13% on a shorter term. Told them no and to pick up the truck. They strung me along for about a month. Later found out they had not even called loan companies. It was a scam called yo-yo financing where they give you a great rate and have you sign a full contract and a couple of other papers. Fully knowing you can not get that rate. Let you drive it around and show all your friends and family. Get used to the car. Maybe even selling your trade in. Then they call and tell you your financing fell through. Pressuring you to sign a new contract. I will not do business with a company that tricks and harrasses customers. Take control of buying a new or used vehicle by using cars.com. And stay away from shisters like Shore Toyota. More

Things were going as expected until I discovered one of the issues that had not been fixed that the vehicle was brought in for. Our car needed work on the drivers side rear window. Our experience started with the convenience of a drive through, covered service entrance(it was raining that day). I was greeted by Bob Anderson. After a brief interview, Bob Anderson informed me that there were 2 recallls currently active on our car. As it turned out, one of the recalls was in an area where scheduled maintenance was to be performed. Bob advised that he could save me a little money if i decided to do the maintenance now instead of waiting. He told me to have a seat in the lounge and have a cup of free premium coffee while I wait. I waited maybe 30 minutes or so in a pleasant, clean, comfortable waiting lounge and was approached by Bob. He took me to his desk and reviewed all of our options regarding the work that was to be performed. We decided to proceed with all of the maintenance, service and repair work. Bob notified me than the car would be ready by the end of the following day. I needed to be back home in time for school letting out and Bob was kind enough to set us up with a loner car and and I was on my home in a nice, clean, fuel efficient hybrid car within 20 minutes. We received a phone call mid afternoon the following day notifying us that the car was ready. We arrived to find our car had been repaired, maintained, washed and vacuumed ahead of schedule and under the price that Bob originally quoted us. Bob Anderson and the Shore Toyota team are first class all the way. Thanks for a great experience! More
