Not so pleased This time I was not pleased with the service. I usually get in and out of the dealership pretty quickly. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am and it wasn' This time I was not pleased with the service. I usually get in and out of the dealership pretty quickly. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am and it wasn't ready until after 5 pm. I called several times to get an estimated time when my car would be ready and I felt I was given the run around. I was trying to setup my transportation ride back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle and I couldn't coordinate with a friend to bring me back because I didn't have a time to pickup my vehicle. I asked for the dealership courtesy shuttle to pick me up. The creepy shuttle guy did arrive quickly to pick me up but he proceeded to interrogate me with a thousand questions. I know people usually try to make small talk but he questioned: "How did I get to Toyota dealership today?, Where do you work?, Who took me to work?, Who was picking me up after work?, Who was bringing me back to the dealership, What type of car do I have?" etc... The rapid fire questions was a little too much and none of his business. More

customer satisfaction Was told approximate time for service would be an hour.Tina informed me twice that my car was being worked on and that it would be done soon. Which was one hour exactly.She went over all that was done and also had the car washed.Which I thought was nice. And explained my next service wouldn't be till May because I don't drive that much. After calling to verify a vehicle listed on the internet was still available, the customer representative took the time and effort to physically walk the lot to determine its availability. We also appreciated after making an appointment for a test drive and upon arriving to Shore Toyota, we were immediately greeted by their sales team inquiring if we needed assistance. Our salesman took the time to discuss all of the options on our vehicle and describe the Shore Toyota philosophy on customer service. More
