This is the second time I've brought my used 2006 Avalon in for service (the 1st time was last summer for a recall issue)and I have to say, it's an absolute pleasure doing business with them. From making the appointment, to dropping it off, discussing why it's there, quoting the price,calling me to tell me what they're actually going to do and how much it will cost,walking with you to the service desk to pay, and finally walking you to your (washed)car. I was in the market to purchase an SUV. Wasn't sure if I wanted a new or certified used one. Oscar was very helpful in showing me a used car as well as a new one.
