The beauty of coming to this dealership for service is that regardless of who writes your order, you are treated like a VIP. I went in to get service but I purchased a new corolla in May. So I put everyone's name down that I have dealt with since May and since 2005. They make you feel important and part of the family. My two older children also purchased a Toyota. Glen and Danny were very helpful. Everyone greats me by my name. So that tells me that they remember me and pays attention to my needs. They are so pleasant to my children and that makes a mother proud to know that her children are in good hands. Sharif has been my sales person since 2005 and he knows my taste and style. So does Danny. I always received excellent work and everyone is professional. The employees at Shore Toyota are the reason why I keep coming back. Every employee in Toyota greets me with a smile and a hello. It is a blessing to be a customer of Shore Toyota. More

maintenance was done on aug 21st, and matt bruschi.matt was probley the only person i didn't have a problem with.that day, matt also ordered a part(rear bumper). that day, i took the car on the parkway, an was probley the only person i didn't have a problem with.that day, matt also ordered a part(rear bumper). that day, i took the car on the parkway, and at 65 miles an hour, the shimmy was so bad, it was hard for me to hold onto the steering wheel. i brought the car back around 445 pm, and matt said to bring it in the next day. i brought it in the next day, and matt assured me it was fixed. to this day, i haven't brought it on the parkway. i picked up the part, and opened up the package, and it was not the part i order, which was confirmed by the parts dept on the 25th. i think the person that took care of me was named jeff or jim. he did all the paper work, and he told me to come back monday, because that is when the bookkeeper will be there. i got home about 20 minutes later, and i get a call from jeff or jim, because matt was off. he told mei could come in today, which was saturday, or come in monday. does anyone at shore toyota, know how much a gallon of gas is. i was there 5 times, when it should of only been twice. the young man at the parts desk didn't know which way was up. i asked him if he could order the right part, and give me a freebee to put it on. he kept on insisting i should return it. he couldn't do that. i explained to him, i get 1500 per month social security, and i paid 1258.00 on my bill. i guess this dealership doesn't care. boardwalk honda for my wife's car always gives her breaks. that is why we've been going back there since 1997..........jay weiss invoice number 298809 More
Auto originally purchased at Shore Toyota. While driving on Atlantic City Expressway a red flashing light appeared on panel. I called my husband and he asked me if I was near the agency. I had just passed on Atlantic City Expressway a red flashing light appeared on panel. I called my husband and he asked me if I was near the agency. I had just passed exit 9 and was exiting exit 7. A noise sounded and he told me to immediately go to the Lexus dealer on Fire Rd. After Lexus looked at the inside it was determined that it was the oil light, and they put 2 cans of oil in which immediately leaked out. The car was towed to Shore. My husband called the agency and spoke to Bob Fredericks. When the car arrived at the agency, Bob immediately took over and the service was performed to replace parts that were needed. The service was great and the car was ready the next day. We were very pleased with the friendliness of the people that also work at Shore. Lois Bennett More
