I was so excited I dropped everything at work to find out the vehicle wasn't even there.. After 4 trips down there with no vehicle they finally produced one about a week later sep 17. I naught the vehicle and find it was in some sort of accident in shipping.. They had to replace numerous parts.. Windshield, bumper, headliner , dash etc... While these repairs were being performed I asked for my registration.. They assured me it would be put in the mail.. They swore they fed ex it .. Funny they are unable to produce a tracking number .. I got a 200$ ticket court appearance required today.. So now I am out 200$ plus a days pay and I'm afraid to drive because I still have no vehicle.. Go to Holman Toyota they will take care of you! They like to post things, delete the posts, or delete posts and comments they do not like. I posted this review on their Facebook page. When negative comments from other people and "me too"'s started rolling in, they cherry picked comments and then deleted the thread altogether. Here is that same review, for your benefit, anonymous internet car buyer, doing your due diligence: "My wife and I purchased a 2012 Camry XLE hybrid new from Toyota of Runnemede. We live in this area, so we take the vehicle to Shore Toyota for factory service. For the past few months, the passengers side door lock actuator was working intermittently. After 2-3 scheduled visits to try to "diagnose", it was finally repaired. You see, I guess the service technicians at Shore Toyota couldn't take our word for it, they had to re create the problem themselves. This is a bit if a problematic way of doing diagnostics on an issue that is intermittent. When the vehicle is in this state, every other door but the effected one would lock/unlock; and if that door was unlocked when attempting to lock vehicle, the alarm would not arm. Now we are having the same issue with the drivers side. Hopefully, your technicians can just take us for our word, and replace the part this time? This door is intermittent as well and we will have the same issues and delays trying to have the dealer "re create" the problem. All the while, if you walk away and try to lock the car without carefully listening for the "beep" confirmation, the car will be left unsecured. Not good. If this goes on much longer, the vehicle could be covered under the provisions and protections of the New Jersey Lemon Law. " If you're going to leave messages for the management to call you back.. Don't bother. You will be wasting your time. Same goes for email, even though all this information is clearly listed on their webpage. The best route for a response is to file a complaint with Toyota of America corporate relations, and a report will go to the dealer. I had a call back within a half hour. Strange how things work eh? I came into the dealership wanting to sell my vehicle with the hopes of purchasing a new vehicle in the near future. I love the Toyota brand and have owned several but after the rude treatment and the c with the hopes of purchasing a new vehicle in the near future. I love the Toyota brand and have owned several but after the rude treatment and the condescending attitude I will NEVER purchase from Shore and will tell everyone looking to go elsewhere. Felt like they were trying to take advantage of a female and get one over. More

After having a problem , Larry and Matt Bruschi and Larry Salamone are two of the most professional people I have ever meet in a service department. After having a problem , Larry and Matt jumped right in and took care of it. Not only did they rectified the issue but Matt brought a tech to our house to install our backup camera. They are the best. We will only take our tundra to Shore Toyota for service because of them. Also we would like to mention our sales manager Danny Leach for contacting Matt in the first place with our issue. More
On May, 23rd, 2013 I visited the service department to get a second opinion on a "P0420 check engine code" on a recently purchased 2001 Toyota 4runner. I was having issues with the vehicle that was just p get a second opinion on a "P0420 check engine code" on a recently purchased 2001 Toyota 4runner. I was having issues with the vehicle that was just purchased on May, 16th, 2013, from a PA Toyota dealership (online adverstisment). I specifically went to see Larry Salamone, who I have known for for about 14 years. This trusted relationship is from bringing my multiple Toyotas (4) I have owned in for service over the years. I also know and trust all the service writers as well. Anyway, I met with Larry and he immediately took my vehicle in and assigned my service ticket to Chris Bounds. Larry had one of his mechanics (Toyota Tech) look at the vehicle. In short, not only did they locate the issue and come up with the cheapest solution to solve the error code (replace new front catalytic converter, not both), they located severe frame rust underneath the vehicle. The rust was so severe it was comprimising the structural intergrity of the car. Basically, I was sold a vehicle that was not road worthy and was shocked that I was a victim of fraud. Larry and the service department documented the engine issues and frame damage in the service ticket to document it. Larry then gave me much needed advice in what steps to take to get my money back, even though the purchase was both "as is" and not from their dealership. Thanks to the discovery of the issues, the documentation of it, and the advice from Larry the dealership I purchased the vehicle from had no other choice but to buy the vehicle back. I was saved from making a $10,000 mistake due to the "above and beyond" actions of Larry Salamone and everyone in the service department. Thanks a ton to all involved!!!! More
We purchased both our family cars from Josh in Mays Landing, who was great through the sales process, but now that the cars are off the lot we are second class customers. I am sincerely disappointed wi Landing, who was great through the sales process, but now that the cars are off the lot we are second class customers. I am sincerely disappointed with the service and customer relationship at Shore Toyota's service department in Mays Landing, NJ. We purchased our 2008 Certified Used Highlander less than a year ago and have had nothing but trouble with factory sensors- from the windows to tire pressure and most recently the hood latch. My car's alarm goes off CONSTANTLY through the day & night for no apparent reason. After researching Toyota forums I found thousands of others with the same known issue: the cause is a faulty hood latch - a factory part which is covered under our warranty - plus we purchased an additional warranty - yet the service department charges a $50 deductible for this replacement. How is this not a recall?! And how is it good business to ask a customer to drive 45 minutes to the nearest service center, with 2 handicapped children in tow to then pay $50 for replacement of a faulty factory part? I am thoroughly disgusted. In addition, BEFORE we had a slew of issues with my Highlander, my husband traded in his Toyota Tundra for a certified Matrix about 3 months ago. The DAY AFTER his new car was purchased we noticed the bumper hanging off! He is military and was assured by Josh that Toyota services their own vehicles at ANY Toyota service center, both at the time of purchase (because we opted IN for the additional warranty coverage), and again when my husband called the following day about the issue of the bumper clips. When he got to the service center nearest his station (CT) they told him he would have to return to the Toyota dealer he had purchased the vehicle from in NJ!!! 2 weeks later when he was finally relieved of duty, he DID return again to SHORE TOYOTA in NJ - where they told him it was not a covered issue (2 weeks now after initial CERTIFIED purchase) CHARGED him for the plastic clips needed to re-attach the bumper, and sent him off on his way to do the labor himself. Granted, not a tough task - but again - this is the way customers are treated? I will take every opportunity to ensure none of our family, friends or his military coworkers purchase from Shore Toyota, and we will be getting rid of these vehicles and purchasing anything OTHER THAN TOYOTA ASAP!!! http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/122-2nd-generation-2008-2013/259140-alarm-going-off-2.html More
Bought 2010 Tacoma There. Took Back for oil change and Told them of a vibration while doing 50. They checked the balance on the wheels and said one rim was slightly bent. Well the truck was Just bought of Told them of a vibration while doing 50. They checked the balance on the wheels and said one rim was slightly bent. Well the truck was Just bought off there lot as a Certified Pre owned and they wouldn't do anything about it. Have also noticed surface rust spots on the bumper that keep coming back every Month after you clean it. They gave some bs excuse About the moisture and rust from inside the exhust coming out the exhaust and staining the side of bumper. At first it was just the passenger side. Now its spots all over the whole bumper. But the Warranty don't cover it because it had 36000 miles on it when I bought it. If you clean the bumper well the rust takes about a month to come back. The Mangers answer was to clean it with steel wool and put heavy wax on it. What they prob did before I bought it. I took it there for service out of courtesy since I bought it there even though I have another Toyota Dealer about a mile away from my house. That is prob where my truck will go for service for now on. The salesman I bought the truck from was great. His name was JoJo. And last time I was there for service I was getting prices for a newer vehicle for the wife. But due to all the other issues I prob wont buy from there again or take Truck back there for Service More

This is my 4th lease or purchase of a vehicle over 10 years. I like the way we come to an agreement on price. They give me the best number and if I like it I take it. So far we are 4 for 4. Everyone in t years. I like the way we come to an agreement on price. They give me the best number and if I like it I take it. So far we are 4 for 4. Everyone in the dealership smiles and says high when you walk past them or they walk past you. Lori Reynolds is the greatest service writer to work with. I won't use anyone else. She is smart, savvy, knows how to best fit my service to my budget. Lori also gives me a heads up that the next service will be for................ and to expect $............. This way there are no surprises. Glen Ridel has the place looking great all the time, and the employees are personable and extremely helpful, without pressuring. I can not think of any other dealership that I would ever use. Also, the consumer reports has Toyota hands down as the best product for the lesser rate of repairs. As much as I am an American and would prefer to buy American made products, I also can not invest in a product that will costs me a fortune to take care of it over 6 to 10 years. Thanks, Shore Toyota, for being the best there is! John Eberwine More
