Professional and Courteous We're very happy with the whole service experience at Shore Toyota, but I want to point out the "extra distance" given by Service Manager Bob and the We're very happy with the whole service experience at Shore Toyota, but I want to point out the "extra distance" given by Service Manager Bob and the other members of the Service Team staff with whom we dealt during this job. The work that we needed done wasn't urgent (we had to sever our third row seat belts in order to move an oversized piece of furniture... there was no way around it), and when the parts came in, Bob called to schedule our appointment. Because we have a very ill family member, we were forced to cancel and reschedule the appointment over and over for MONTHS. I'd explained to the team about our situation, and not only did they accommodate us over and over, but with compassion and the utmost professionalism. We're beyond grateful, and gladly recommend this Service Team for your Toyota repair. More

Usually no problems I have had 7 vehicles serviced here and have been satisfied with the service. This last time I had an 8:00 am appointment for an oil change and tire r I have had 7 vehicles serviced here and have been satisfied with the service. This last time I had an 8:00 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, having just driven across country. It took two and one half hours for this to be done. While driving home I noticed the ride to be a little "mushy". After waiting a day and measuring the tire pressures in the morning, I found that the one front tire was 27 psi, the other 30, one rear tire was 35 and the other 30. I have run flat tires so the pressure should be at least 35 if not 37 psi and is critical for proper wear (my tire gauge could not be off by such an amount for 4 tires). Obviously there was a problem with the service and my rating is just for this one visit. Usually i am satisfied with the quality of work and this is no fault of the service check-in person. More
