With all that he was user friendly. I would recommend him to anyone seeking service. My issues was handled in detail. In case anybody has the tire pressure light come on, Shore Toyota is where you need to go. Each tire including the spare were checked and, where needed, filled with air. The problem was fixed effectively and I was headed home. When Chris came to tell me he was finished with the car assuring me that it was good to go. Mr. Medina, the Sales Consultant, was knowledgeable about the features of the car I was considering and let the car "sell itself". I also loved, and greatly appreciated, that all 3 of these people (i.e., the Sales Consultant, Sales Manager, and General Sales Manager) worked to ensure that I got a good price for my new car and my trade in. I've been a Toyota leaser and/or owner for over 25 years, and this was my best buying experience - my new Toyota home for future purchases! More

Tire inflation needed because the light was on dash.
