Mr. Medina, the Sales Consultant, was knowledgeable about the features of the car I was considering and let the car "sell itself". I also loved, and greatly appreciated, that all 3 of these people (i.e., the Sales Consultant, Sales Manager, and General Sales Manager) worked to ensure that I got a good price for my new car and my trade in. I've been a Toyota leaser and/or owner for over 25 years, and this was my best buying experience - my new Toyota home for future purchases! More

Tire inflation needed because the light was on dash.
