Service wait time Normally, I schedule an appointment for routine maintenance, leave the car for the day and pick it up in the evening. This time, I was only scheduled Normally, I schedule an appointment for routine maintenance, leave the car for the day and pick it up in the evening. This time, I was only scheduled for a tire rotation so I decided to wait. I felt that the wait time for a tire rotation was much longer than it should have been. In total, I was there 75 minutes. The service department knew in advance that I planned to wait so I assumed it wouldn't take longer than 30 minutes to rotate 4 tires. I would NOT recommend that you wait for your vehicle unless you have plenty of available time. More
