Service rep couldn't confirm our warranty For our 2013 Highlander we had a 3 year Toyota Guard service warranty on oil changes,tire rotations etc. We had an appointment time. Service person sa For our 2013 Highlander we had a 3 year Toyota Guard service warranty on oil changes,tire rotations etc. We had an appointment time. Service person said we didn't and wanted to charge my wife $99.00. I called the dealer where we purchased the car and they confirmed the warranty and even offered to have your service department call them and they would help out. They called and the person was unavailable at the time. Someone else in the other company told your person to call port. Wife goes to service counter again to inquire and the 1st person handling it turned it over to someone else. Another delay.finally it was noted we had the warranty. Wife is told car is ready and they never washed it. Another delay. She asks for a receipt on work done and is told they can't produce one and it will be mailed. still haven't received.. so aggrevation and 1-1/2 hrs to change oil , tire rotation !!!THIS IS NOT SERVICE AND WE WILL NEVER USE THIS DEALER AGAIN. More

Only complaint would be that my interior (arm rest and center console) was pretty dirty with grease and grime from the mechanics that worked on the truck. Overall very pleased! More
